Together we will explore what tools and strategies will help you to move through your struggle and reach your goals. We will look at family patterns, removing obstacles, exploring thoughts, feelings, and experiences. I am here to encourage and support clients; a compassionate facilitator. I spent so many years outside my story thinking that I could avoid pain and suffering but it was actually contributing to it!
